DESCRIPTION
Nestled in the heart of an 8,000 m² gated and secure estate, our Coco villa for 2 to 6 persons guarantees guests an exclusive, convivial and stress-free stay. The 80 m2 villa opens onto a covered terrace. A swimming pool not overlooked and its decked terrace, a vast tropical garden and a wild beach with direct access from our garden complete the picture.
The villa’s decor is inspired by and in harmony with Guadeloupe. Its style is contemporary but with a few original touches. Its cathedral ceiling, wood-clad exterior and bright colours capture the ambience of the Caribbean, giving it added cachet.
PROVISION
The villa has a large fully-equipped kitchen, an indoor living room, two bedrooms and a large bathroom.
- The air-conditioned living room includes a sofa convertible into a 2-person bed, a coffee table, a flat-screen TV and a ceiling fan.
- It opens onto a large, air-conditioned, open, spacious, modern and functional kitchen with a large table and 6 chairs, American-style fridge, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, hob, coffee maker, utensils and crockery.
- The air-conditioned master suite includes a large double bed, two bedside tables, wardrobe and flat-screen TV.
- The bathroom with large shower and separate toilet includes a laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, vacuum cleaner and iron.
- On the terrace you’ll find a dining area with table and chairs for 4, a barbecue and an outdoor shower and WC.

Our Coco villa is set in the lush greenery of our huge tropical garden secure, open to nature with direct access, via a palm tree avenue, to a small, untamed beach, free of tourists and breathtaking sunsets. In our exotic garden, a swimming pool with deckchairs awaits you for quiet relaxation. Enjoy our tropical climate, cooled by the garden’s ubiquitous vegetation.
Ideally located on Basse Terre, in the town of Pointe-Noire between Deshaies and Bouillante, this is one of the quietest and wildest spots on the island, but with plenty of activities and sites not to be missed.
Basse Terre is also home to some of the archipelago’s most beautiful beaches, including Grande-Anse or Malendure and La perle. Visitors will also find mountains, wild rivers, waterfalls, canyons, the Soufrière volcano, hot baths and the most beautiful sunsets on the whole island of Guadeloupe.
